1. Purpose and operator
These terms explain use of the Stream Hearts application and introduction website. Stream Hearts is a production brand operated by individual developer 이정희 (Lee Jeong-hui). Contact: streamhearts.contact@gmail.com.

2. Application and platform connections
Stream Hearts is a Windows application for streamers to use chat, fan characters and broadcast tools on their own PC. Chat received through official YouTube/Twitch APIs is used in fan participation games. The first release connects to YouTube and Twitch chat; CHZZK and SOOP are not included.
Connections concern the account and broadcast chosen and authorized by the streamer. Stream Hearts is not a product directly provided by Google, YouTube or Twitch.
Free chat points, missions, manual adjustments and backups/imports are app features. Chat-based participation time is not actual video watch time. Current free polls do not deduct points. Donation-amount-linked reactions are on hold.
3. Application and broadcast creations
Use of the application is allowed through a valid purchase or separately permitted conditions. Consult the purchased product's description and applicable asset conditions for use of broadcasts and creations.
User-added artwork, videos, music, fonts and characters have their own usage conditions. These terms do not grant new rights to another person's assets or platform content.
No permission is granted to extract and resell included assets or redistribute them as an asset collection. Separate third-party software/asset licenses and uses permitted by law are respected.
4. User-added materials
Adding materials does not transfer their rights to the operator. Check that you have the rights needed for public broadcasts and exported creations.
Chat and nicknames may appear in broadcasts. Explain participation and visibility to participants and respect others' privacy and rights when sharing or publishing materials.
5. External platform terms
YouTube features use YouTube API Services. Users of those features are subject to and must agree to YouTube's Terms of Service.

Check platform age limits and usage conditions. Purchasing the product does not permit uses that violate platform policy.
6. Connections and privacy
The privacy policy describes information accessed, storage, retention, withdrawal and deletion. Review the requested permissions and policy before authorizing a connection.
Authentication takes place on Google's or Twitch's official screen. Do not send account passwords or login tokens to support.
Disconnection, deletion of PC login information, platform withdrawal and stored-record deletion have different scopes. Check the scope and results shown in the app before acting.

7. Purchases and refunds
Check prices, purchase conditions and payment methods at the store. Request Steam/STOVE refunds through the purchase history or customer service of the store used for the purchase.
Refund eligibility and procedures follow store policy and applicable consumer-protection law. These terms do not restrict legal rights concerning defects or delivery that differs from the contract.

8. Updates and connection interruption
Supported versions, update delivery and important changes are announced on the official site or store. API changes, usage limits, account status and network problems may affect connections.
Important feature changes or service discontinuation are announced through an accessible channel, with actions required by contract and law. Responsibility for product descriptions or promises is not broadly waived.
9. Prohibited uses
Unauthorized use/disclosure of others' accounts or information, malware, phishing or illegal-content distribution, harassment, rights infringement, bypassing platform access restrictions or system abuse are prohibited.
Do not sell/redistribute executables or access rights to persons without permission. This clause does not restrict actions permitted under third-party licenses or law.
10. Inquiries and disputes
Contact streamhearts.contact@gmail.com with the version and problem details. Send only the minimum needed information, without passwords, login tokens or full payment-card details.
Operator and user responsibilities follow the actual contract and applicable law. Liability for intent or gross negligence and legally protected consumer rights are not limited. Jurisdiction follows applicable law and respects mandatory protections in the user's place of residence.
11. Changes to terms
Changes and their application date are announced in advance. Changes requiring separate agreement apply after that agreement, and previous terms and effective dates are made available.
FFmpeg and FFprobe are included for the video tools. Basic WEBM recording, video import and editing, and MP4, WEBM and GIF conversion are available without a separate FFmpeg installation.
